The cement based outside umbrella base is not satisfactory..the tube does not hold up straight and the cement inside the base is uneven affecting the stability.

The order was delivered earlier than first thought. The delivery guy was very good as they were large boxes and put them in the hall for me.

Purchased on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery, Evri (Hermes rebranded) was Wilko’s chosen courier and they didn’t deliver it until Tuesday. Wilko’s did refund me the delivery costs but I did need the items for that weekend.

I ordered 6 tubes of Wilko stain remover but did not receive the products. Very disappointed that this happened. There doesn't seem to be any proof that the product left your company. Can you tell me is you sent the product out for delivery.

I would usually go into my local Wilko store to get supplies but due to having contracted covid I had to stay at home. I was so grateful for being able to place an online order and got almost everything I wanted but had to wait until recovered to go back into a store again to get those things out of stock - a little bit inconvenient but not a huge deal. Order arrived the next day by Evri, packaged very well. Shame the next day cost was a high £8 but I needed the things and wanted to guarantee the delivery date.

Everything was perfect. Communication excellent. Would recommend.

I find Wilko a very helpful company, every thing I order seems to be there. and it is well wrapped, so I am pleased with the orders that I receive, so a Big thank you.

I ordered a tin of paint and I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was brilliant. I didn't need to send it back and I was refunded and told to give the paint to a friend or charity. I thought that was really nice of them.Thanks

Ordered barbecue stand on 12/07/22 but haven’t received yet till today 21/07/22. No response from customer service

We went to wilkos on the 20th July 2022 in Castle douglas. Looking for garden furniture. We got met by John owan that works in the shop. He couldn't help us anymore with the questions asked. We decided to buy it and John put it on trolley and took it to our car. He was absolutely brilliant the customer service was outstanding. Thank you again John
